Ally is the Managing Partner of Wight Wellness. Ally is responsible for the running of the business from the Isle of Wight.
Ally previously worked within the corporate industry and it was through her witnessing high levels of stress and burn out that inspired her to start a corporate wellness business that encouraged people and companies to look after themselves, as well as their employees wellbeing.
Ally’s track record speaks for itself with clients including J.P.Morgan, Conde Nast International, Lockton, Adobe, Simba and Caprice Holdings – to name a few.
Ally has also been running a luxury therapy space in Notting Hill for the last couple of years remotely that creates bespoke healing programmes and organises wellness events to inspire, teach and build community.
She is a qualified yoga teacher in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow accredited by the Yoga Alliance. She is also an Indian Head Massage therapist from the College Naturopathic Medicine, a Reiki Master and a soon to be qualified Transformational Breath® coach.
Joanna Hunt is the Co-Founder of Wight Wellness, Best-Selling Author and Conscious Family Coach™.
Joanna supports mothers to transform from feeling overwhelmed and exhausted to re-energized and empowered, by creating a soul-aligned life instead.
Joanna guides Mothers who are ready to redefine their experience of motherhood by reclaiming their feminine powers which subsequently puts an end to generational trauma and heals their children.
By creating containers for Mothers to love themselves, Joanna creates the environment to support their children in feeling deeply loved and celebrated for the magic that’s within them.
Joanna is originally from Boston and has lived in New York, London and Bali. She now splits her time between the Isle of Wight and Bali with her family.

Pete Hunt is the Co-founder of Wight Wellness, a business coach to spiritual entrepreneurs, digital marketing expert and investor.
Pete started his career in corporate working in London and Hong Kong with Knight Frank, CBRE and Bank of America Merrill Lynch before moving into entrepreneurial ventures in Indonesia.
Whilst having lived and worked in 7 countries and 4 continents, his love for the Isle of Wight is what drove him to set up “home” in Seaview and build out a business that encaptured all the learnings from his globe trotting.
Pete is an advocate for men’s mental health, frequency healing and reiki.
